Collaborative Solutions ("we", "us") is a UK-based AI consultancy.

03What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect: your name, organisation, email address, the service and engagement shape you are interested in, your stage, company size, timeline, and the message you write to us.
When you visit the site we record analytics (page paths, anonymised IP, referrer) via Vercel Web Analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not run a session-replay tool.
04Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we are a good fit for the work.
To improve the site (aggregate analytics only, never personally identified).
05Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in HubSpot. They are visible only to the directors of Collaborative Solutions Consultancy Ltd and to anyone we explicitly bring into a sales conversation with you.
We never sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit opt-in.
06How long we keep it
Active enquiries and engaged clients: for the duration of our working relationship plus 6 years (UK statutory record-keeping for contracts).
Cold or unconverted enquiries: deleted after 24 months of no contact, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
07Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to processing. Email hello@collaborative.solutions and we will respond within 30 days.
You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you’re not happy with how we handle your data.
08Sub-processors
We use a small number of third parties to run the business. Each is GDPR-compliant and bound by a Data Processing Agreement or equivalent contractual safeguards.
HubSpot (CRM and form submissions), Vercel (hosting, first-party analytics, and Speed Insights), Google Workspace (email and documents), Google Fonts (webfont delivery), and unpkg.com (CDN delivery for JavaScript and CSS).
